Your neighbors already know
who to call.
AskMyNeighbors is a community-verified vendor directory. Every recommendation comes from a real, local member — never from an algorithm, a paid listing, or a stranger.

Four simple steps
Find your community
Enter your ZIP code to find your neighborhood, HOA, or local group. If one doesn't exist yet, you can start it — it activates automatically when 5 neighbors join.
Browse trusted vendors
See vendors your neighbors have recommended — plumbers, landscapers, childcare providers, and more — ranked by community score, not ad spend.
Vote and add vendors
Upvote vendors you've personally used. Add ones your neighbors haven't discovered yet. Every contribution makes your neighborhood's directory smarter.
Earn reputation
The more you contribute, the more reputation you earn — unlocking the ability to create and manage communities of your own.

Why you can trust it
Three things that make AskMyNeighbors different from every other review site.
No paid rankings
Vendors cannot buy their position. The only ranking signal is votes from verified community members.
Verified members only
Only people inside your community can vote on its vendors. A stranger's opinion doesn't move your local score.
Your data stays yours
We never sell your personal information to vendors, advertisers, or third parties. Ever.
Frequently asked questions
What if my neighborhood doesn't have a community yet?
You can create one for free. Communities auto-activate the moment 5 members join — so invite 4 neighbors and you're live.
Can vendors pay to get listed or ranked higher?
No. The only thing that affects a vendor's ranking is community votes from real members. There is no premium placement or sponsored listing.
What's the difference between a community score and a global score?
A community score counts only votes from members of your specific community. A global score aggregates votes across all communities. Community scores are more meaningful because they reflect local experience.
How do I invite my neighbors?

Yes — free to join, free to browse, free to add vendors and vote. Always.
